A friend in Israel sent me the World Stamp Championship "Israel 2008" Catalog of Special Exhibition Items recently.
This page featured "My Own Stamp" Sheet with Jetix Channel heroes. I can't find it on their official website now, but some of the characters in the selvage were Totally Spies, Sonic the Hedgehog and Doraemon.

Being the friend who sent over the catalog, I went to the Hebrew section of the site and found this page: http://www.israelpost.co.il/mystamp2.nsf/main?openform
At the bottom right side, you may find a link to a demonstration movie about how to order your own sheet even though you don't know hebrew - http://www.israelpost.co.il/mystamp2.nsf/movie?openform.
For some reason, this option is not available in the English version of the site.
i think i'll drop an e-mail at the service's box about it.
